In order to make better preparation for the conference and gain better communication. The organizing committee of the conference has decided to postpone the conference to May 17-19, 2024 and the venue will be Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The conference organizing committee has decided to postpone the event to May 17-19, 2024 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This decision aims to allow for better preparation and ensure effective communication. 

The emergence of academic discussions on smart cities and the underlying technologies and systems highlights the importance of providing a platform for experts and scholars in this field to exchange ideas and knowledge. Therefore, we are excited to announce the 2024 International Conference on Smart City and Information System (ICSCIS 2024), which will take place in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from May 17-19, 2024. Co-hosted by the Faculty of Computing, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), and the University of Salamanca, ICSCIS 2024 will focus on the information system technology of smart cities and their design. 

We warmly invite experts from both domestic and international universities, research institutions, scholars, business professionals, and other relevant individuals to participate in this conference. We encourage scholars from around the world to submit their research and be a part of this important exchange of ideas and expertise. Let's come together in Kuala Lumpur to enrich our knowledge and contribute to the advancement of smart cities and information systems.

The conference will recommend a variety of publication types, including conference proceedings(EI) and SCI journals. Contribute to Conference Proceedings

Papers submitted to ICSCIS 2024 will be reviewed by technical committees of the conference. All accepted full papers will be published by ACM (ISBN: 979-8-4007-1015-5) and submitted to EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing.
